Online returns:

Qualifications for returning items:

We have a strict return policy. Items must be in brand new condition, no stains, odors, damage or other signs of washing or wear. ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE TAGS ON. Any boxes or packaging that are specific to the item must be included inside the shipping box. Eyewear spa, beauty/bath, and food items are final sale. Sorry, no exceptions to these conditions to return/exchange items.

Returning online orders:

You have UP TO 14 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER DATE to ship your item back or return it in store, so please make sure it is postmarked or returned BEFORE the 14th day. It is advisable to insure your package as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is postmarked 15-21 days FROM THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER DATE, you will receive online store credit (shipping charges are non-refundable). Any package sent back BEYOND 21 DAYS is not eligible for return or store credit. See ineligible return policy below. All returns must meet the return/exchange qualifications listed.

IMPORTANT: Please include a copy of your packing slip with the return, so we can accurately credit your return.

Incorrect/damaged items:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must report it to us via email at retailtherapyboutique@comcast.net within 24 hours of your package being delivered to you, so please inspect your order right away. We will pay for return shipping for any damaged or incorrect items sent to you if reported within 24 hours. Items must have tags on.

 

Ineligible returns:

Items that are not eligible for return can be sent back to you at your cost. We will make an effort to contact you one time via email and we will hold your order for one week so you can make arrangements for us to ship the items back to you at your cost. If you do not make these arrangements within one week, and pay for the return shipping back to you, we will donate the items.

 

Gift Cards:

Gift card purchases are final sales, no refunds. Any gift card purchase will be refunded to the gift card.
